Pho Hilton

Really enjoy this little hole in the wall! Went June 14, 2022 and they have hand sanitizer at front and staff was wearing a mask. Tables are spaced out and plexiglass at cashier. I felt safe and really like their pho. We also usually get special banh mi of grilled chicken and they always do the trick.

BEWARE!!!! SPOILED FOOD AND RUDE LADY OWNER!!! CURSING YOU IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE! Last time, I ordered 2 salad rolls for pick up with extra peanut sauce when I got home I was given a spoiled sauce. The next time I visited the place. I talked to the owner and told her what happened last time I ordered a food from her restaurant. She immediately denied everything and told me I might had received a different kind of sauce. I asked her back if they have two different kind of peanut sauce?and she said, no. I expected an apology but she never did. Today, I ordered the same thing again over the phone and told her I want 2 orders of Salad rolls with meat and prawn. I told her 3 times so she will understand. However, by the time I came to pick up my order she gave me a salad rolls with only prawn and no meat. I told her, I ordered a salad rolls with meat and prawn. Instead, of apologizing she told me, “ Next time Order #3” and I told her back, “ I don’t know the numbers on your menu and that is why I said it 3 times over the phone what I wanted.” She immediately took my order out of the bag and throw my food on the tray. She was sooo rude and still asking me to pay. I told her to cancel my order and I left the store in disbelief. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anywhere and to anyone. If you expect to receive a good customer service and a excellent food DO NOT GO HERE!!! SUPER RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE LADY OWNER ITSELF!!!! If only I can give a ZERO STAR.

We were in the hunt for our go-to pho in the area but disappointed that this place is not it. The pho broth was pretty average and the toppings were so so. I really like their flavorful chilli oil condiment though. The lemon grass chicken did not have any hint of lemon grass flavor although the chicken itself was juicy and perfectly cooked. The fried shrimp that came with the lemon grass chicken combo was over battered which made them heavy, soggy and tasteless. We peeled off the batter and ate the shrimp which wasn't very flavorful either. Service was so so; our waiter, I'm guess is the owner's son was didn't really care too much, didn't bother to check on us and forgot our drink order. If food was good I'd be inclined to give them another chance. Too bad as this place is pretty conveniently located for us.

Delicious, nutritious, and fast! We tried both their regular and spicy pho options and enjoyed it a lot. The broth is so rich, well seasoned, and clean - kudos to the chef/cook for such skill! Staff are very friendly and the decors and ambience are great. Pricing is similar to most pho places. Other options such as the vermicelli bowl and Vietnamese subs are also delicious. Overall, my family’s tummies are so glad this new pho restaurant came to our neighbourhood. It is definitely our new go-to “fast” food.
