Church's Chicken

I don’t know what happened in this store but my recent visit makes me lost the interest of church’s chicken. First of all, why is the store full of smoke? Is fan not working or too high temperature? My guess is too high oil temperature! As you can see the color of freshly fried chicken are so much darker than before. I was shocked how is the color looks like for the chicken, where is the golden brown color regular fry chicken? Not to mention the chicken is lack of flavour like used be. The spicy chick is not spicy at all. I don’t know if they have new ownership now because everything is different than before. Whoever want the church’s chicken like before forget about it. You are not going to happy about it.

i ordered two burgers 🍔 from 84ave locations surrey. i told them to add spicy 🌶 ketchup they said they don’t have have in stock then they said we will add Barbecue ketchup. after that when i take in car there is no any ketchup in bag and no any napkin. Because i have two burgers i don’t know which is mine and which one is my friend’s because they don’t write ✍️ on box. So please take care next time. Thank you

Use to be our favourite place for the weekend, but from the time the management hired Indian Students, this place is horrible.They don’t wear masks properly, un-hygiene, scratches their backs while cooking !! food is not tasty , stinks like used older materials, mostly time you get re-heated…so burnt smelling food. new staff possibly shy to change cooking oil too!! even you request for make it fresh . you wait & still will get burnt smelling food. I am not racist , but this is cheating , serving customers with leftover food, is not good ! I request the management to hire , properly trained mature staff, not the kids with over attitude & zero manners ! who are just there for hours & no sense of cleanliness & no interest ! Think people drive & pay for food …. why serving spoiled food !!! very disappointing!!! Owner should take actions…. otherwise get ready to close this location.

Waited for Apple pies for 20 minutes and this is what was packed. Check your bag before you leave this location. This location has been going down hill in service. It seems as the owners have changed and don't have any integrity with this restaurant. I've been coming to this location for over 20 years in the past 10 years it just gets worse from bad service and to old food being served.

Honestly have been told by many friends that Churches chicken is a better KFC... And I could not have been more disappointed. With it being my first time having lunch here, I decided to get one of their chicken sandwiches and jalapeno Popper things. The poppers where not really poppers but seemed like stale cheese balls with jalapeno pieces deep-fried.. which wasn't all that flavourful. Just a mouthful of burning cheese. Now the Chicken burger which I had looked really good! I mean the presentation inside the packing boxes were nice and looked really good! But when I got to sit down and eat my burger,(not even a minute later) it was rather cold, and I didn't have all that much of a good experience taste wise... I can at least say the veggies seemed fresh but the chicken was a huge turn off... I will give this another chance at some point as I can see potential.. but for my first time with high hopes I was thoroughly disappointed

Only problem is the customer service by Indian Girls. I came to buy wraps and no cashier showed up to the counter. Only guy at back wearing kitchen clothes came to ask for the order but he was not having authority to enter my order in system. So, he started preparing order in advance by asking my order but no cashier showed up. Cashier showed up only when 6 or 7 customers start waiting in line. I was waiting for nearly 10 to 15 minutes today April 24, 2022 at 1254pm to just place my order. And usually whenever i visit to order the food, all back staff is always excellent and other communities front line worker are always good but Indian girl Cashiers are worse and having a ego kind of attitude. Please owner fire front cashier Indian girls if they can improve their customer skills or train them on how to be good and friendly with customers.
