It was my first time trying their espresso beans. The barista was friendly and helpful. However, their espresso beans do not taste like the description said. It is written as “dark chocolate and hazelnut flavor” but to me its not dark at all. Rather it is light body and taste more citrus and nutty. It is more like blonde espresso to me.

First time coming here, met up with a friend on a Sunday late morning. I ordered a black Americano and when I got it, the coffee was actually not scalding hot. When the barista realized I didn't want cream and sugar she filled up the cup with a separate "hot tap water" when I took a first sip I'm surprised how it was just warm. Ive had hotter coffee than this. Seats were very close to each other so not much you could do with social distancing.

: Extremely rude staff!! I ordered a cappuccino and just sat down to FaceTime my baby daughter and the owner or staff member came up to me and asked me to keep my volume down !! He quickly walked away after that.. Well, coffee shops are meant for chatting etc, and if people are to whisper here then they would simply drink their coffee at home in silence! Needless to say, their cappuccino was terrible and too milky.. Overall disappointing!! Guys, please save your money and go to better coffee shops where customers are treated well..

I come here at least 3-4 times a month even then i missed writing the review of this little cafe in the corner of this plaza on 152nd street and 90th ave. So when next time you are shopping at save on food, stop by here to get caffeinated 😛 All coffees are freshly prepared with hand pressed coffee espresso machine. My special and favourite is bombon which is more or less spanish latte. Lighter n sweeter then cappuccino which is my all time go to coffee( those days when u desperately need a cup n in my case thats everyday. 😂) They survived covid with less hours and just take out/ to go coffee. I tried vegetarian panini which is just so good. Little seating to sit with some outdoor chairs these days.

Have you ever wanted to feel the ambience of what a true cafe experience should be like? Well Cuatro is truly the cafe you need to get that experience !! The cafe itself has a very modern rustic style with ambient lighting and high ceiling. Not to mention it’s impeccable cleanliness . The music is quite tasteful and gives you all the feels . You can study or read quietly in the cafe and there s free wifi !!!! Friends can meet up to socialize and have privacy while at same time feel cozy and comfortable. They have a wide array of amazing baked goods that taste so yummy and lots of specialty coffee options that will keep you bedazzled . If you need breakfast options they have it too !! I really love going to cuatro , in the fall I love their pumpkin pecan muffin top which is always sold out ! The treats are so delicious and so many to choose from ! I have been going to cuatro for years now and I love supporting locally owned family business’s. The owners are whole heartedly warm, kind and inviting. The husband is always joyful and ready for a chat ! Makes you feel like family . And to add some sweetness to that the wife is so sweet and generous as well. The staff are lovely and pay attention to every detail to satisfy their customers needs. I highly recommend Cuatro if you haven’t tried it and you won’t regret it !!

I found this little coffee shop in Surrey from my American Express map, and I quickly did a search and found amazing reviews. My fiancee and I drove out from Vancouver to try it out. The customer service was amazing, the four star is on their customer service alone. The coffee was very weak for us, but we have our coffee very very strong so I wont hold them at fault. The coffee was smooth without the sour taste which is already a win for me. I also got the cranberry scone, which was warm and soft, exactly how it should be. I will finish this review off once again stating how amazing their customer service was, it's probably the best I've seen in a while. Keep up the great job!

This coffee shop is unique in its way. We ordered care late and it was better than Starbucks and also pricy. There store is too congested due to chairs in the middle. People but a cup of coffee here and just don't leave occupying better seats. The owner should do something about that. It's not like Starbucks where they have more seats.
