They were out of the coffee I wanted, but my batista offered great alternatives and I was very happy with what I got. Great enforcement of wearing masks, and good effort to keep some tables open and keep everyone safe.

Helpful friendly staff kept the line moving and made us feel welcome. Tried finding us someplace to sit and offered alternative suggestions because they were out of the drink we wanted.

Love this location. The staff are always friendly and call a lot of customers by name which is nice. Today they went above and beyond for me. I have recently started back up on Keto again and wanted to try an iced coffee drink I had found on a Keto Facebook group. So I had it made at another one of my Starbucks spots on Scott Road. And it was awful. Completely my own fault they had made it correctly. It was just not good lol. So when I got to work I went into the Guildford Mall Level 2 location and told them about my poor choice and asked them if they would make me a drink I normally get instead. They did, without even charging me for it. They instead said its happened to all of us lol. It was very kind. I am a regular Starbucks drinker and I greatly appreciated them doing this for me. I won't buy that Keto iced coffee again but I will definitely continue to be a regular and would definitely recommend. Thanks guys ❤

This is the better Starbucks in Guildford Mall if you are looking for a nice place to read or study. The staff is friendly and work hard to ensure you leave happy. Rarely lines, always clean!
