Very bad customer service! We ordered food from them, one vegi dish and one non-veg, few rotis. They didn’t pack it properly, all non-veg curry spilled into my roti and I’m a vegetarian. So none of my family members who are vegetarian were able to eat it because of this mistake. ( they didn’t even staple food bag ) talked the rude lady who’s always at the front, she deserves to be fired! While complaining to the rude lady, she disconnected my phone! She has no manners at all. You shouldn’t waste your money on horrible service like this!

I have ordered Lamb Biriyani and Chicken Kulchas. They have added way too much salt and I have ordered 2 Chicken Kulchas. This restaurant is very tricky. If you order 1 Kulcha you get 4 pieces. If you order 2 kulchas you get t 4 piece. Terrible service. we have ordered from this restaurant so many times. Never ever order again from this restaurant.

Buyer Beware: This place CONSISTENTLY forgets items from your order. Buyer Beware: If you do not check your take-out order on-site in their presence before leaving, you will be out. This has happened x4 times now - even after being explicitly reminded not to forget the items. At this point, it almost seems like it is being done on purpose now. Nothing worse than driving +30 mins to go pick up food, and then drive +30 mins home, only to find out they forgot items - AGAIN.. To far for them to deliver - and to far and to much time to spend a second hour on the road to retrieve the missing items.. Sad to say, but one of the last times we will ever order from here.. Buyer Beware..

This place is such a rip off! DO NOT ORDER ANY FOOD FROM THEM! I ordered Biryani and the portion is soooo much smaller than other places that serve biryani and every food place gives you dahi with it and they dont gove any dahi! The meat in the lamb biryani was barely couple pieces too!! NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN

Horrible customer service , they don’t know how to deal with customers, don’t even value customers’ time. They’ll make you pay in advance and then start working on your pick up order which you have placed 20 mins earlier 🙄. On top of this, they’ll serve you raw food lol even after taking 40 mins to cook it. When you make them realise that they are taking too long to get your food ready they will start talking to you rudely instead of accepting their mistake.
