Great food, clean family friendly environment. Its looks so clean and nice inside pleasantly surprised outside its a hidden restaurant behind a shoppers loading we had a huge booth... Staff waiter was a young fellow, he was kind, fast and happy to help serve with a friendly attitude. :) I do recommend the hidden relaxed place for families or couples looking to dine out n about. It's near Liquor store, Safeway, shoppers drug mart n Petro Canada.

I went to the restaurant on Saturday night for my friends birthday. Will never return and do not recommend this restaurant. Front end staff very rude and condescending. We ordered coffee and Diet Coke to start 20 minutes later the coffee carafe came but no cups or Diet Coke 15 minutes later after asking for cups they arrived. The manager Tracey was extremely rude. Asked if we could order breakfast and she adamantly said NO. Even though your signs say all day grill. One of the people in our group was on her way way to the bathroom when she overheard the front end staff snickering about the weight of on of the customers at our table. Absolutely disgusting that your front end staff would do that. Then we ordered the food which was absolutely fantastic except for one dish which they took back and corrected it. Kudos to the kitchen staff. No refills on our drinks. Until we flagged our server emily over and asked for a refill. Then she proceeds to fill my drink a quarter full and leaves. They then asked us if it was one bill or all together. We said altogether and she brought the bill and machine without asking us if we would like anything else. We said we would like desert and asked for a desert menu. Once we placed the order for the desert and it came the cheesecake had a very thin like of chocolate syrup on it. I thought it was supposed to be served with fruit sauce. The peach pie was not properly baked as it was still frozen in the middle. Also not offering any alcoholic beverages was very disappointing as we were looking forward to it. Kitchen staff 9 out of 10 waitresses-10 out of 10. Very sad to see customers being treated like this at your restaurant. No wonder your not busy at prime time. The manager Tracey asked the table behind us if they would mind if they turned on the air conditioning but never asked the other two tables. Very poor service

Outrages prices for the food. Place also smells like straight up cleaning supplies. Even with the specials you arent really getting a good deal. $8 for a few chicken fingers nothing else or $8 for a few dumplings. Anything else is 15-20+. Couldn't smell anything but cleaning supplies and place was dead so couldnt determine and wasn't ordering anything to determine if it was fresh or frozen (menu was huge + older crowd so probably frozen food). Stay away and go anywhere else

I enjoyed coming here for dinner,and for my 35 birthday, and I had a blast. The waitress that took my order was very, and friendly. I had a blast with my family there on my birthday. I now come here once a mouth now with the Meet Up Groups that play board 🎲 🎯 🎮 European games, and Catan. I use to go to Toby's pub in Vancouver to play board games, but it closed down due to cov-19 and they change it to a liquor store instead of a pub because not enough business there. I glad that there is one close for me in Surrey to go to then goingall the way to Vancouver. Rickys has a nice quiet back room for events to host with family or get together on long weekends or Thanksgiving, Christmas parties, Easter, and birthdays.
