Worst Wendy's experience. ALL the staff, slow as can be, no one speaking English, no hussle, took 5 min before the manager looked up and said wait, I'll be with you shortly. No napkins available, no where to put the garbage, all the bins were full, trays piled up on tables and garbage bins. Plenty of staff around but not one of them would do anything. Until Wendy's starts hiring staff that know what they're doing, can communicate in English, and show any kind of attention to customers, I'm boycotting Wendy's.

Close to home and I have been coming here for years. However, the poutine is consistently cold. The cheese curds are never warm and fresh, so how can a poutine be enjoyed?
The Spicy chicken was noticeably smaller, although more spicy but not red like it use to be (colour wise). Not the same quality that Wendy's usually has, sadly. Disappointing.

Went to eat at the restaurant and most of the tables were not cleaned, had spills left behind, and some of the chairs were broken, looking like they would fall apart. I tried to order but the system was down and staff told me it would be about 5 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes it was finally up and I was able to order. Staff weren’t very friendly about the wait. I’ve had much better Wendys in the area, and would avoid this one in the future.

Worst Wendys I’ve ever been to.
We waited over 7 minutes just to be even acknowledged. All the tables were dirty so I asked for a cloth so I can clean it and sit down, you know to save them from doing their job.
I got huffed at and an eye roll. Food was lukewarm at best.

Had a great experience late night. Hot fresh and crispy food. I was in and out of drive thru in 5 mins. I was surprised at how yummy the chicken and fries were since it was 1 am! Thanks Wendy's staff

Went to drivethru and was told to go to parking lot to wait. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes and went inside to ask about the order only to find out they forgot and told us to wait even more for the combos. No apology or anything. At least popeyes gave us a free apple pie for waiting for 7 minutes.

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Employees never looked at us or took our order. Three people were waiting in line and they never took any of our orders. They kept laughing and talking to each other in conversation. Never gave us an explanation. Left after 20 minutes not dealing with this.

The supervisor in charge Raman is not in good mood talking to customer knowing that her staff made a mistake in the order. Even a simple smile given to customer was unpleasant to me. Incharge staff should be friendly all the time when taking orders, i knew this coz i was a staff before.supervisor should let her staff know that you have a promotion for frosty to avoid any problem next time.im so disappointed with my visit in this store, never go back here.
