Domino's Pizza

Honestly, I can’t give negative stars for this location. Today I ordered 2 large pacific veggie pizza with extra garlic sauce. I paid for it but they didn’t add the extra sauce. Garlic sauce have extra charges. Next time I don’t want to order from this location and I will try to complaint you the headquarter for sure. All my guests were mad 😡.

Pizza is really good and the price is awesome. I love that every time you do a purchase you get 10 points towards a free pizza at 60 points. My only issue is sometimes I get pizza with almost no cheese. If you love cheese then maybe select to cheese it up. If you order the Brooklyn style pepperoni the slices of pepperoni are so big that you'll basically get no cheese on your pizza. If you order pepperoni and cheese order the regular pepperoni. I guarantee they put the cheese on around the meat after the meat is on the pizza instead of putting cheese on and then throwing the meat on top of the cheese. This is because there is never cheese in the same area there's meat. Due to this reason they got three stars, whereas if they would put a normal amount of cheese on the pizza I would have gave them five.

They put meat in the Brooklyn pizza even though I had specifically mentioned no meat on the online order portal. I only noticed after I had already eaten 3 slices (it was under the cheese). I am a strict vegetarian & because of their carelessness today, they made me eat meat. The staff are totally incompetent, I had also mentioned not to cut the pizza, and they did that too (meaning they don't read any of the order instructions). When I called the manager Saurabh/Saurav, his best solution was to refund the pizza (it's not even about the money). He barely apologized after I told him what happened. His excuse was that they were really busy & made a mistake. So the customers have to suffer because you were busy? And he hung up saying they were really busy (instead of saying he will follow up later). See this is not a small thing like oh they forgot to put olives on my pizza. It's really not hard to get this right, but again they are simply incompetent / careless. I will never eat here again.

I ordered a pizza at 10:14 PM and asked that the driver leave the pizza by the door. We waited for almost two hours before the tracker showed that the order had been delivered. I went outside to look for order and it was NOT there. After some back and forth with the manger, they tell us that it was delivered and that the two people standing outside confirmed that "we lived there and took the pizza inside to us." We spoke to all our family members and no one had seen a delivery guy. Likely scenario is that the driver delivered it to the wrong address and two scammers took our pizza. The best part....NO APOLOGY AND NO REFUND. SUGGESTION: Perhaps ensure that your driver delivers to the correct address before blaming the customer and the residents of their household. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

I tried placing an order last night around 1:45 AM as there closing time is 2 AM. Tried calling them 5 times but they were not picking up. Then I placed my order online around 1:55 AM. Within a minute I got a call from the store to inform me that they are cancelling my order since it’s too late and they do not make orders in last 10 minutes. Then what’s the point of being open until 2. Why don’t you change your hours, the girls who called was super rude and I asked her that I was calling you 10 minutes ago and you guys were not picking up and now you called within a minute of me placing an order. She said we do not pick up phone calls before 10 minutes of our closing time. She didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience and hung up very rudely. I am writing this review to let there manager know that your staff is very lazy and impolite. I think you need to replace them for the betterment of your business.

Worst domios store, worst services. girl on shift was really rude and no one was answering call. Then came in and ordered and wait for almost 30 mins. Most interesting thing happened, it was hair in pizza and she was not wearing hair net. Totally disgusting. Never ever recommend anyone to choose this domino’s. She should be fired.

If I could give 0 stars I would! twice now my pizza had not arrived on time took 1.5 hr for delivery when they say 25-35 min and it arrives cold. You call and the person/manager gives you a different estimate of a delivery time is combative and unwilling to rectify the situation terrible customer service and stale pizza don’t order from this location
