Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to! All the drinks taste like dirt. I've ordered here multiple times before writing this review, I was hoping it was just a bad batch of coffee and food . But it's like this constantly. Other locations are amazing . But this one... stay away if you want to really enjoy your food and drink. Another thing I must add .. half the time the order is messed up. No more.. I will not be coming to this location even tho its across the street from my home

This location has consistently forgotten or punched orders in wrong. The monitor that shows you what you have ordered hasn't worked in months which is probably part of the problem. Because of this I've asked for receipts multiple times that show they have over charged for items. Maybe leaving a note here will let the managers know it's broken and to get to get it fixed.

This location seems to be understaffed and you will wait way longer than other locations to get simple food and drinks prepared. When you go inside after 10-15 minutes, they blame it on being short staffed, but there were 10 employee or more behind the counter. Poorly run. I'd rather drive a bit further to get better service. In fact, the Tim's in the 7-11 nearby is way more efficient than this location. Staff are rude here as well and want to rush. When you want to complain or give feedback, they don't listen. They just keep making excuses.

first, my boyfriend and i tried to order and the cashier kept walking away every 10 seconds to go do something else while there was a million workers doing nothing, and then they have on the menu the item i wanted and they said they don’t make it anymore…take it off the menu then. so i get something else, and the lettuce in my wrap was rotten (you could even smell that it was rotten), there was no cheese and i couldn’t even eat it because it tasted so nasty and if you saw how it looked in sure you wouldn’t want to eat it either. i literally never go to tims and this is why. they’re all the exact same; all the employees are incredibly rude and all the food is just plain gross and not at all what it is advertised to be.

Really bad location. First, they messed up my boyfriend's drink. He ordered "Strawberry Creamy Chill" and it was watery. Tasted like regular strawberry milk. The lady said it's like that because they put a "new mixture" in. I said, "no, it's watery. It's supposed to be slushy texture like an iced capp." She made a new one and it was better 🙄 how can you say "it's just like that" because of the mixture and then make a new drink that is correct. Why not make a correct one in the first place. And then I asked for the washroom key. Apparently they "lost" the keys lol reading previous reviews, this has been their excuse for months now. Pretty sure they are just lazy to clean the washrooms. How are they still open for business with all the bad reviews?

They are super fast at filling orders but they always get it wrong. Do not come here unless you are desperate. Coffee is always watery or burnt. Someone is adding WAY to much sugar. Very disappointed. Sucks because its the closest one to me. Also hash browns are always hard and uneditable. Feels like a waste of money at that point :( Update: it got worse!!! They gave me a burnt bagel and didn’t want to refund me because it’s just “double toasted”… and like .. there’s hardly cream cheese on this..
