Boston Pizza

Excellent service and food was great. Previously i had really bad experience at this location however when i went here the other day it seemed like completely new staff and management. Our waitress knew the menu items so well that she made some really good reccommendations. Manager came by to make sure food was great. Will definitely make this my favourite location goong forward.

My fiance & I went for lunch yesterday and we were impressed by the service. Alex our server was very attentive to our needs. Jasmine the manager was kind & very professional. Our one pizza was made incorrectly, but Jasmine had the kitchen re-do our order before us knowing & gave us the incorrect pizza for free. Best BP experience I have ever had at any BP. We will be back

This used to be the grandkids favorite place. I recall it as having interesting things on the menu. Well, perhaps I am seeing it through Rose colored grandparent glasses, but it doesn't seem to be quite the same. The menu has the same number of classes as it used to, and the variety of pizzas still takes up a fair amount of the space. However, there seems to be a "sameness," somehow, to the menu. The sandwiches seem to be the same as the pizzas, and the interesting desserts seem to have dwindled. (Both in variety and in size.) I still like it, but it's definitely not a favorite anymore.

Absolutely love this place! The staff here are so good. They all get along and work as a unit, which is why this place operates at such a high level.The GM here really keeps these guys motivated, I can see that. I met the owner and he really cares about his staff and their well being. Oh, and the kitchen staff KILL IT with the food. I ate there weeks ago and was blown away at how much different it tasted from other BPs in the area. There's something good happening at BP in Nordel Way... it's the only one I will go to to eat from now on! thanks everybody!

Worst Boston Pizza experience. We went and ordered lunch and then food to go. We were done eating and waited almost 40 mins before we left. The waiter forgot to place our takeout order. We also waited at least 15 mins after we were done eating for him to come. To be fair it was a few hours before the super bowl and they were busy with take out orders but there were only 3 tables actually sitting. The waiter never apologized even once and we were pretty understanding that it was a busy time but he didn’t seem to care. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

I'll start off by praising the server for her patience great interactions with the kids and her cool head while getting zero support from the kitchen staff. I would have given two star for her service alone but this was the least professional meal out I've had in recent memory by far. First off the cooks waited 40 minutes after we ordered to inform the server that they had no rice for the salmon bowl so I asked to go full quinoa and no problem. She came out a few minutes later to say there actually was rice but they would have to cook it fresh. We were told 5 more minutes which ended up closer to 20 only to have it brought out without the half quinoa with the rice and what must have a half the usual order of rice which we had to get to go because the kids can't last 1.5 hours at a dinner table waiting for salad. On top of that the kid's meat sauce was either burnt beyond flavour or the worker in the back dumped an entire ashtray in it and just scooped out the filters which with their level of professionalism I wouldn't put it past them. We had to rinse our mouths out afterwards more than once to get rid of the taste of cigarette butts. Again the server was apologetic, very sweet and courteous and went to the manager without us even having to request. They gave us a 15% discount which although appreciated didn't even cover the children's failed meal let alone the overpriced and half quality salad on top of over three times the usual wait for food. This location makes the entire franchise look bad
