Quiznos

Had a positive experience here. The staff was courteous, and efficient with my sandwich order. It was delicious, but the set sandwich options don't give you as much flexibility to build a sandwich from scratch like Subway. However, the options offered by Quiznos are quite done well. Those who like heavily veggie-laden sandwiches might be a bit disappointed by less options, though.

Very Hard bread maybe stale not many toppings ordered three subs. One was suppose to have turkey and beef but they only put turkey but when i called to let them know, lady who is probably owner argued saying that's not true. I wasn't calling to lie for something free just letting them know. A simple sorry would have been better than arguing. No customer service. The Quiznos on Scott road and 104 is probably the best one I find.

Here is another prime example of why a chain restaurant fails. Quiznos used to be and kind of still is my favorite sandwich restaurant. However, this location needs to learn how to hire people who can speak English and actually have customer service skills. When ordering my sandwich the woman could barely understand what I was asking for and she made the sandwich very sloppy and overall was unhappy looking and looked like she didn't want to be even there even though I was the only person in the restaurant. The sandwich itself was just okay, nothing great nothing terrible. She could have asked me if there was anything I wanted or didn't want added to the sandwich. Once again they did not include the peppers. My guess is this location will eventually close.

I will never order from this restaurant again, I ordered 3 subs and they were all missing ingredients. I called asked if they could replace the subs with what we ordered and payed for. The employee that answered consistently told me that I was wrong and that she put the toppings on our subs. She argued with me for a couple minutes. I asked to talk to a manager, and when the manager came on she continued to say that she is “my best employee” and told me what I was lying to get free subs. Raj the manager then said she would have to watch the cameras because she didn’t believe me. I can’t even believe how disrespectful and impolite the staff was. They have no ideal what professionalism is.

Horrible service. With hard times nowadays, you would think service would improve but not this place. The server, short lady says she is owner and named Lana or Rana, couldn't understand her, was incredibly rude. Doesn't want to give anything...no extra sauces or peppers. She should not own a service industry operation...if she even is the owner.

Unfortunately, a bad experience at this only location in south surrey/white rock! I just wish we could get another location in this area so I can avoid this particular Quiznos! And I will never go back! They don’t like it if you ask for sauces they don’t offer any on their tables or side counter as if they are to cheap to give any extra jalapeño. Even their to go containers are hidden away I’ve been told so CUSTOMERS don’t use more then ONE. And extremely rude service! I can’t understand how they run a business! I’d like to remind them it’s a public establishment and for them to start acting like it instead of their kitchen at home!
