Newton Pizza

Terrible terrible customer service and poor quality of food. We ordered wings which you can see in the photos are completely charred. After arguing with the woman taking orders she agreed to replace them after an hour and half. The pizza we ordered was the Italian supreme which is not what we got. The toppings are listed in the photo.. clearly no olives. She argued and said this is how they make it and their menu is wrong. My friend is allergic to olives and we explained this. The woman agreed to make the pizza and told us to come pick it up. It's -12 and ice outside. After more arguing she told us the wings would be delivered but we need to come get the pizza which makes absolutely no sense. She also told us to bring back the old pizza..not sure what they wanted to do it. Anyways we gave it back and picked up the pizza and she didn't give the wings, said they'd be delivered. It's been 3 hours and still no wings. AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT EAT HERE. Edit- the wings just got delivered and they're still burnt.. see last pic

0 STARS - This is honestly the worst pizza place ever when it comes to service and food. Half the time my family gets sick from the food and half the time we don’t, we shouldn’t have to feel sick. I’m not sure why my mother keeps ordering from this disgusting place. They ALWAYS forget our drinks, always. We have to remind them on the phone then they still don’t show up with them. Last night was pretty upsetting. My mother ordered a two on two special, both barbecue sauce with chicken on top. They brought one pizza and the can of pop surprisingly, I was about to close the door then I remembered there is suppose to be two pizzas, so I run outside and let the guy know. He said only one pizza was down on the thing. He said he would call to confirm, they told him yes there’s another pizza waiting for us at their location. He confirmed with me if it’s cheese and I said “no, it’s just like the other pizza, bbq sauce, and chicken.” He kept asking if it was cheese and I said no. Then he said it will be here in 10 minutes. I’m not sure when they actually came back, I had to leave the house so it was up to my brother to answer the door. I just now was able to have a bite of the pizza and it has no bbq sauce. And on top of all of this I gave you a $6 tip. No more ordering from here, no more tips. No more anything. This place is actually awful

So yesterday I ordered pizza from Newton Pizza the White Rock location I ordered at 5:45pm I specifically told them not to over cook my Order as the last 2 times it was over cooked I even mentioned it in Punjabi to make sure it was communicated. I didn’t receive my order till 7:30pm my delivery driver was amazing I brought my pizza’s to the kitchen and when I opened them they were so over cooked, I called back and spoke to the person I placed my order with after being put on hold 3 times she agreed to redo my pizza after waiting an additional 45 min my order arrived my kids excited to eat I opened it it looked good but when I took a bite the dough was raw🙄 so angry I called them back when I sent her pics as she requested her response to me was you didn’t want it over cooked so this is how it is when it is less cooked. I asked her is it ok to give someone a raw dough pizza? And she said well I don’t know what you want me to do about it and hung up on me. RAELLY!! My brother owns a pizza shop in Abbotsford and he said I would never let a pizza like this ever leave my shop, next time I will drive out the 20min to pickup good pizza. Beware everyone who orders from here.

We found hair in our pizza!!! Called them and they said either bring it back and they will make another one (we lost our appetite by then) or $10 off next the one. No apology on hair in pizza. So we called today to redeem the $10 on a new order, the lady said only $5 off (half the cost of the pizza). Told her last pizza had hair and wasn’t edible. She said only $5 off and was super rude. Poor customer service.. it should have been off my whole order $25.. not just a portion of pizza cost. The wings were super dry too. We always support local businesses but not when they don’t value your business or do the right thing when there is hair in their food! We won’t we ordering here anymore.
