Tim Hortons

First time at a Tim Hortons, decided to order some drinks for the family. Went through the drive thru, lovely and patient staff received us. Answered all questions and helped us figure out what we were looking for. Kind at the window and gave drinks very promptly. Enjoyed the experience and would return to try more of what Tim Hortons has to offer.

ALWAYS takes 10 mins for a mobile order drink. They don’t even make it until I go tell someone it’s still not ready, and then they START making it. They explained they’ll make it fresh when customers arrive, but why doesn’t this apply to other mobile orders, or at any other store? It’s not like the McDonald’s app where you can press a button to tell the store I’m here. Now I’m supposed to place a mobile order, then go to your counter to tell you that I have arrived or you’ll ignore it? And how long do I have to wait to realize you’re not making it that I’ll have to come and yell “Yes please do start pouring the tea”?

We just had our order by drive through. The girl Who took our order was so rude n and first she said we don’t have any wrap and at the same time the other girl said that we have the same wraps. Then we went inside and They were gossiping that we don’t know how to order. Actually our order was big so we took some time. Gagan and sharan two girls was there and they didn’t even had their hairnets on. Another thing they burned two wraps and didn’t put chipotle in our wraps. This is so annoying. Will suggest to never visit this location😣😣☹️

Worst worst worst experience….. and very bad customer service… girl named SHARAN took our order and she don’t know how to deal with customer in her own language she was saying like they don’t know how to order… and girl name GAGAN not even wearing her hairnet and also pointing us.. and they don’t to how to talk….. we are not taking free from them… we are paying for that… they don’t have right to mock a customer… i hope your branch will take strict action over staff and teach them some manners to deal with people…. Very bad experience it’s first i saw time such kinda of customer service… never want to visit again.

I’m pretty sure I got food poisoned from a yelling lady who prob who poisoned and expired cream in our drinks (ps look out for a mean lady and DO NOT get the large iced capp with no whip. Man me and my friend just wanted iced capps.. and now I’m dying my stomach hurts so bad. I BETTER GET A GIFT CARD FOR FREE
