Tim Hortons

I was at the drive thru and ordered jalapeño bagel, chai tea latte and a hashbrown. I asked the person who was taking my order (The Manager of the store) if she can make sure the bagel is fresh. She said we always make everything fresh. I can her can you still please make sure. she started telling me again that it is always fresh. So I drove to the window to grab my food & pay for my order. The manager came to the window and said that we always make fresh and that I don't have to ask them to make sure its fresh. I told her I experienced it 3 times with your location when I felt like the bagel was not fresh at all (It was rock hard & super dry). She replied and said that is not possible. that she 100% guarantees it was fresh. I told her again that I had a bad experience that's why I just remind whoever is working to make sure it is fresh. The manager kept telling me that it is not possible. It can not happen. She was very rude to me. she kept denying and looks like she did not care about my business. I did not like experience at all. It was the start of my day and she pretty much ruined my whole mood. I've never seen such poor customer service at Tim Horton's Specially coming from a Manager. Instead of accepting and taking the responsibility she kept humiliating me. Now I will probably not visit this location again because of how poor the customer service is. I feel bad because the Manager itself does not know the "ABC" of customer service. I wonder how she led her team. What would her staff learn? That you should not care about your customers? all you have to care is about your drive thru target time? VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Your typical Tim's - Donut, coffee, sandwich, soup, chilli etc. Slow service, lineup can be long, friendly service sometimes, clean restaurant area. Points program for free food or drinks. App has the best deals need to load before ordering. Covid-19 protocols in place, mask required to enter and place orders. I don't see tables being wiped down after use, they could be when I'm not there.

So. If I would have been allergic to pork - I would have died. (Because today, I didn't really bother to check my food. I was hungry and in a rush). This has been happening a lot lately. I order a steak and egg - and you guys try to trick me with Roast Beef, or put Bacon. Like. How hard is it to make a sandwich? And how hard is it to follow instructions? Who knows how much food you've given to the wrong customer - it's a catastrophe waiting to happen. Also. When you make a beverage that has cream and sugar, you should first of all - be adding all requested elements to the drink (multiple times now there has been no sugar, or cream or both on other instances). Second of all - whoever is putting these drinks together should be retrained to stir these drinks.
