Venetis Pizza

strongly suggest not getting the souvlaki platters. I got delivery and when i took the container out, a ton of water with dill spilled all over my pants. The flavour of the rice is non existent, and the meat was pretty dry with lots of fatty bits. I was honestly super disappointed, as I really wanted to like this place. I'm sure their pizza is quite good, but steer clear from the souvlaki. I have no idea how so many veggies in rice could cause it to have barely any flavour. I even added tzatziki to the rice to help with flavour and it didn't really help. Seems like there was no garlic used at all. salad seems alright.

I try to be generous with my reviews, but this establishment cooks their pizza via microwave as the mid meat was still gooey. Some of the meat tasted rotten. The lasagna was salty and also came off microwaved. None of the food seemed freshly cooked except the garlic bread. I'm surprised an apathetic establishment is still running. AVOID if you like quality food.

So apparently the Keg isn't on Door Dash anymore :( so we found the next place that had a teriyaki steak on their menu. Very very hesitant because getting greek food and steak from a pizza place that I used to get pizza by the slice from 10+ years ago is questionable but we we're wildly surprised by how GOOD the food was from Venetis Pizza! Only managed to get a photo of my plate the bf couldn't wait lolz The portion sizes were really big and everything was so flavourful. Went on a limb and got mozza sticks and you get a lot of them (not all pictured). I got the chicken souvlaki meal. The chicken was cooked really well with nice big chunks, Greek salad was loaded with olives and other stuff (I only like green peppers and cucumbers), the rice was delicious (still have more then half left). We got a side of cheese bread and it was toasted but still really soft to bite. He said his steak was pretty good but not comparable to the Keg, wished they used a thinner teriyaki sauce but that's just a personal preference. His meal came with a baked potato and a garden salad. I should note their tzatziki dip is also really good and they actually give you more then enough for your meal, most places only give a small scoop. Everything cost under $50 which would have been the cost of one meal from the Keg so definitely recommend.
