Picked up this one Filet-O-Fish from this location drive through. Place wasn’t even busy at all, Not sure why employee do this? (Take a look at the picture) Either they don’t have a proper training or just careless. Just a feedback to the management.
P.S. Never heard back from the management so I’m changing my review to 1 star from 3 stars.

Food is always prepared hot and fresh. Coffee has never tasted old or as though it has been sitting too long. Time between ordering and completion of preparation is reasonable. Parking lot is generally never overfilled.
Location can be challenging to enter/exit from main road during heavy traffic hours, read entry/exit onto 55ave is favourable.

Slow for drive-thru service, no matter if it is busy or not ! Most important is the hot coffee and ice coffee have never been made consistent. I kinda try to avoid this location !! One nice thing....there's a nice Mural on drive- thru.

Lived here most of my life, sad to say whatever they did since renovations sucks. I am parked EVERY TIME we come. It doesn’t matter what we order. Which sad to say is often with 3 teenagers in lots of sports, so drive through is needed at times. This time right now the person in front of me got parked, and the person behind me got parked as well as soon as the first one left. This use to be the fastest one. New owners? 🤷🏼♀️

Charging .25c for a bag is ridiculous but need one (asked for one and was charged for one)as the order I placed consists of 6 items. Order is slightly delayed so pull over to wait which was fine but then the person bringing the food hands me a plastic container (no bag)from which I have to grab all the items and put them on my seat. One napkin. Everything is a greasy mess. Maybe McDonald’s should pay for cleaning my car .

They have a double drive through but take 1 order at a time and always have you pull ahead because they clearly don't know how to keep up with the volume of people. Any other mcshits I've been to it's never been a problem, but this one is awful.

Quality control is a need here. They weren't wearing gloves making our sandwiches and fries are not fresh. Disappointing for a fast food chain

Service was a bit slow, but the employees were nice and my food was fresh :)
Be aware though, because this is a Surrey location it is a 25 cent charge per takeout bag.
