Wow! This location needs to either invest heavily in better training for their staff or hire more staff. I watched as our order was badly messed up and numerous others behind me also had to wait. While my family did enjoy sitting in the parking lot as we awaited our mythical missing junior chicken, we would have preferred to have given our order and whomever took it did not mess up every single quantify of each item we ordered. So much for a quick stop…next time we will go anywhere bit here. It was a long stop to wait for cold fries….

this place has cratered in competence. I wanted a coffee. Just a single cup of coffee. They took the time to tell me it would be a sec rather than simply take the order. seeing this and waiting 5 min just to be told it would be another moment and seeing the line of cars not move I gave up. They can't take an order in five min, they don't deserve to stay open like this.

We stopped at this location first thing in the morning on a Sunday, it was clearly not busy however we were given our drunks and told to park in spot 1 and go to the front door for my sausage breakfast sandwich. My husband waited over 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge that he was waiting for our food, that should have been ready, only to find out they hadn't even started making my sandwich. There was one staff who apologized for the wait but since they had 5 staff on and absolutely no customers in the restaurant and the drive thru was quite there should have been no wait. My sandwich was greasy and the cheese unmelted. Their attempt to make up for their ineptitudes: an extra slice of cheese on my sandwich and an apple pie. Just do you friggen job properly and don't make people wait for simple things!

Absolute incompetent drive-thru staff. Today I went through drive-thru with a mobile order. I get to the second window and they still hadn't accepted the mobile order for payment. So I told them to just hit the enter button to process payment. Apparently this was a mind warp for the staff and they couldn't figure out how to do it until 7 minutes later. Last time I used mobile order at this location, they added someone else's order to mine and charged me. Absolute buffoons.
