Mcdonald's

They have drive thru but decided to enter the store to order hoping it would be faster. Had to stand and wait in front of the counter for 15 minutes like I did not exist they just ignore you and walks by so I ordered using their automated machines instead located beside the counter. I just wasted my 20 minutes waiting for my turn. Worst Mcdonald experience ever. I would avoid this location next time.

I would give 0 star if there was an option. If you are buying anything from this branch I would recommend to check your order before leaving the place. I had worst experience, we waited in drive thru for almost 10 minutes, line was not moving at all so I thought I should go inside to order, there were only couple people ahead of me but still it took forever. On top of that I have mentioned everything properly what I want. Only mistake I made was not checking the bag and just left because we were already late for our movie. When we got there opened the bag. One burger was missing, no ketchup in the bag that I special asked for, at that point it was so frustrating I had no time to go back.

Good location, bus stop for the frequent # 319 bus is right outside. Like this large location, as I can quickly catch the bus to ride on 72nd avenue. Rumoured to have many homeless or needy men visit here in previous years, before renovations. The renovation to this location was a very successful upgrade, years ago. Kiosk here to order with, my preference. The orders from delivery drivers working for ' Skip The Dishes ' was quite huge last time I visited.

Worst experience I had on this place. I placed a mobile order for only 2 junior chicken and that lady she was so rude (drive thru). MacDonald should think before hiring such persons. The only think matters when you are in this business is customer service and food quality. Food quality is good but customer service was really bad. I am so upset. I should have given stars but they don’t have buns for junior chicken and made my junior chicken with some other buns. And even she told me after handling my food to me.

looks like I'm not the only one was treated badly by the staff who works there !!!!! April 11th 2022 around 11 pm I went to the drive thru to order something to eat I was waiting for a couple of minutes and it wasn't even busy, another car approached the lane beside mine and just right away the lady took their order, when she finally got to me I said nicely that I was first waiting to be served and that she took the order from the guy who came after me, she was rude replying "OK cool what do you want?" I was speechless for the aggressiveness in replying like that, of course I ended up not ordering anything and driving to the exit. I questioned who was the lady who spoke to me that way, and right away the manager came and explained to me that the sensor that detects the arrival the car wasn't working very well, and I said if the lady had told me that from the beginning I might have understood , but she decided to be rude, anyway I told the manager I would report this aggressive and unprofessional situation so that everyone see how this location is the worst in Surrey, an amendment this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this location, a week ago they sold me old fries and the taste was bad as if the oil had not been changed ( I work in a kitchen, I know what I'm talking about)
