Elements Casino's Diamond Buffet

Wow...let's put gambling luck or not aside, after all this is a casino. What a great experience - gaming floors are spacious and you don't feel crowded. This casino is a smaller venue but large in personality. Staff are courteous, friendly and make you feel welcomed, safe, comfortable, and valued. The card tables were all open, dealers and staff spoke English to all patrons and all had a smile to offer. The pit boss was so friendly and well aware of all that was going on. He talked to players by name and that said a lot about his exceptional customer service. A lot of slot machines to choose from. Plenty of free parking. Didn't get a chance to try the food menu, so stay tuned for my next review of this quaint, diamond in the rough casino. Thank you Elements 😊

Love how people give them good review when you win and bad when they lose. It's a casino... The casino is smaller but nicely remodeled. I prefer the bigger casinos in BC, especially the ones that have hotels. But if you want to just get away quietly, and play, this is a quieter venue to do so. The dealers are friendly, and everyone was nice. I didn't get a chance to try the food.

Went there for the promotion prime rib with lobster tails buffet for $10. Had to sign up casino membership in order to have the buffet. They also give you $10 credit to play. Cannot cash out with credit. wait time is 3 to 5 hours depends on time to get there. Food quality is decent for what it is. Don't expect 100 items like others. Good items are lobster tails of course. Prime rib, salmon with BBQ sauce, mussels, BBQ chicken, mesh potato. Fruits, salads and desserts. There is a daily limit as well so if you come late, they may refused to jam more people into line up. I heard people started to line up as early as 1pm. But if you come before 3pm, you can pretty much have a seat by 7. I went people because a friend won the skip the line so I tagged along. Otherwise I m not so sure about the line up for hours to have a lobster prime rib buffet. I would rate this for 3 stars simply long hours line up for this.
