The ice cream machine may not be working 100% of the time, but your order comes out quite fast and you can make a no contact order and fully customize (almost) anything on the menu using the touchscreen machines near the counter. You can also order ahead using their app while collecting points to spend on a free coffee, ice cream, or other small items. The location is good, but driving into or out of the parking lot is a bit awkward at times.

Just went in to get a coffee and get rid of some too in the washroom. It has to be the have WORST Micky dees WASHROOM I have ever been in my life!!! Slipping hazards and wet paper towels everywhere that looked like they were soaked in the urinal 1st...meanwhile everybody's casually serving coffee to car folks and ignoring the one person inside who is doing his environmental good deed ...unlike the idling cars lined up at the drive-through. But buy your $80000 electric car and it'll make it all better!!! Meanwhile part 2...one girl working cleaning the dining room up and blatantly ignoring that horror that waits for in the men's washroom... Good managing

This Mcds location has got to be the worst one ever. I live right by it and I frequent it often but the management and crew are as incompetent as they come. Crew aren’t even trained here and it shooooows when you order at the till, which you should avoid at all costs. Use kiosk/app at all times. Food is usually decent but boy oh boy, start doing alot of customizations and be prepared to complain cuz half your extras are missing because the kitchen staff cant read for shhhh***. I used to work for this owner and I gotta say WR Mcds is the worst of them all. They thought renovating this restaurant would distract from the extremely lousy staff shortcomings but it has gotten much worse. PS. Crew actually honoured a customer request for a free coffee despite them not having their app with them to prove it. You are hiring people who fall for scams. Shame.

Check your order before you drive away, most reviews say missing or wrong items. 3 different times in row, different days they still can't get an order right. Got 2 breakfast burrito and 2 Mcgriddles. The burritos were half full and the wrap was like cardboard and we only got 1 of the mcgriddles. Lucky we checked order, because of last time, at the window. Just like the previous times we had to wait for our order to be corrected. This is not the same McDonalds it was 2 years ago. Time to find a more competent place for drive through breakfast because this McDonalds is the worst. Too bad Timmys is further away...but maybe worth the trip to avoid a bad experience and cut backs on portions. Doesn't even rate the 1 star.

Avoid ordering from this location, go to another. They are scamming people by charging for a paper bag. The same paper bag you've gotten from McDonald's restaurants for years. I'm ordering in the drive thru and get asked if a want a paper bag for an extra charge. I'm in the drive thru...of course I want a bag, I need a bag. This location should be ashamed of charging a bag! Never been charged for a bag at any other McDonald's location.

The smallest amount of Sunday ice cream with fudge. My mom found a hole in the middle of her Sunday and I did too and we were not happy because we ordered peanuts and they didn’t have any in stock. The whole reason we go there is for our cheap Sundays but they went up too so we are not having those again
