Spicy chicken habenero Overly sauced, made the wrong order first and then just scraped it off to make it "correct" absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. You can see the white Mc chicken sauce still. Have the decency to serve edible food, esp when someone's paying for it and it was your own mistake

The ladies that working at night at this McDonald aren’t doing they’re job right.” Last night I order doordash and three drivers told me the employees working here aren’t doing they job and the doordash support told me to cancel my food then I order skiptheDishes and it happened again like seriously If you don’t like your job why are you working there! This doesn’t make sense those woman’s should not work at McDonald.” I got pictures from drivers.” Seriously why you looking at the drivers do your job👎🏿🚩🐓

10:00Pm The worst experience I ever had. The employers first didn’t took the order carefully. She was not listening just asking for move ahead for payment while we were ordering. She said it for 3-4 times when we were ordering. At window we were like freaking waiting for so long for payment first and then for order. When we compliant to the manager at window she did not took it sincerely instead of saying us. She was not even sorry for the behaviour. When we ask for refund she made us wait so long. I don’t ask for much but at least they should behave well and at least apologize for their mistakes instead of making mistakes in us. I will never go again at this location.

Very very very poor customer service. I have nowhere seen any restaurant staff talking to their customers in that rude way. One old lady speaks so rude with me and my friend when we just ask for an extra cup . Her reply was ..”For what?” This is how they treat their customers .. we will be happy if they can simply told us that they cannot provide that. And this is not the first time its the third time we have faced the same service…. We have decided not to come to this mcdonalds due to that lady. She is really very rude.

Things are wrong at this location, the ladies are speaking Punjab, none of them are sanitizing/hands after touching buttons and food. And the short elderly manager followed me to watch Me fill up a cup of water and harassed me calling me "Sunny Guy".... so awkward and pathetic. It's sad cause there all full grown and there wasn't 1 teenager working thing. I toss my tea out also. I don't trust the staff at this location for the time. There's better franchises in the Newton Area. Ty for your time and understanding. Peace ✌ ☮

Staff was rude. I just went for dine in and i was waiting for my friend. then one old lady( who was wearing white shirt)from staff asked me to left she said I can’t sit here more then half an hour. Its not even busy that time rest of tables was empty so there is no reason they can treat their customers like that.The worst experience ever. If i could give it zero stars that would be best.
