We went there with my family the attention was great. Very friendly they gave us a present for my baby boy. While we were waiting. The white garlic cream sauce is amazing and the overall price for everything is excellent. Had 2 pizzas and 1 order of chicken wings it was all good. The meatlovers pizza is out of this world lots of protein. Wait time was under 13min absolutely great very recommended 👌

I love pizza from freshslice but this was a very bad experience. I visited this store and ordered my pizza, the old white man was rude while taking my order. When I asked him to provide me oregano and chilly flakes on side, he said he will charge 1$ each. I have never been charged extra in any of the freshslices for oregano and chilly flakes. They are provided for free all the time. When I told him this fact he replied rudely, "Then next time buy your pizza from other stores." Please take action.

I really dont even want to give a single star. I ordered butterchicken thin crust from the online app offers. It was all burnt and messy. Impossible to eat.

Fresh veggie pizzas are great here and even have cool things like corn on then sometimes but they seem to run out quickly so there should be more vegetarian selections available in the future hopefully

Very disappointing service. Picked up my ordered pizza home to find out my other was wrong. I called in they wouldn't admit. The guy who didn't speak proper English said if you want the order replaced, bring back the old order which he screwed up. I took the old ordeand without any courtesy or apology he puts the pizza in front of me and moves away like I didn't exist. I'm never buying from that fresh slice again. The one on 10777 university drive Surrey BC. Very bad service. Arrogance. Not a happy customer.
