WARNING - PAPER IN SANDWHICH I attended this location today and ordered a bagel. Upon biting into the sandwhich, I bit into paper. I then opened the sandwhich and took out a giant white paper. (See photos). I returned to the store and asked for the manager, instead, the supervisor (I believe his name is Santoj), advised me the manager is away. I showed him the white paper, and he said something like "Okay, what would you like me to do?" (surprising response, his response was unprofessional and just demonstrates incompetence and a lack of people skills) And then I told him that I did not hear an apology. Then he apologized and said something like "I am sure it was not on purpose". Really? I sure hope it's not on purpose. I assumed it was a mistake, but the fact that he actually has to mention that it wasn't on purpose is a bit concerning. Then another sandwhich maker appeared (a female, who I assumed made the sandwhich), and apologized, and offered to make me a new sandwhich, I declined (surprise). I then had to ask for a refund from santoj, and he provided me a refund. I advised him that it doesn't matter how busy this location is, there is no excuse for this. This was supposed to be fed to kids. The Sandwhich maker and Santoj are completely incompetent. A bunch of idiots at this location. I have made a report to Fraser Health and Tim Horton's corporate office.

I come here almost everyday and there has not been a single day that they provide you a quick service despite having tons of people working there! Waited 10 minutes to get a croissant asked 3 people how long its gonna take! I had to end up getting a refund because they keep on asking each other but none of them toasted the croissant and they never apologise once even!

I ordered from them and got the absolute worst coffee and food. I ordered and EXTRA LARGE French vanilla, and a sausage bagel belt. I called too tell them about it, and PAULA. The “manager” wouldn’t let me explain to her what was wrong with my meal, she just proceeded to give really bad attitude, and was extremely rude. The bagel was so cold, the patty was firm, cold, and was so old it tasted like fish. She told me it was “too busy” for it to be that bad. Absolutely disgusting food and disgusting service.

I went to the drive-thru and ordered a dozen donuts and a large steep tea. Received a cold tea and for the donuts I asked for a variety and they only gave me six different kinds but doubled the flavors of the six kind. And when I called the manager she didn't really do much so I'm very disappointed and not happy with the service that I received.

The workers at tim are very busy, I get that. But if you are serving something, at least put some effort to it. It happens most of the time, they do not stir the sugar in steep tea and you get the taste of sugar at the very end. It has happened fourth time now. I respect all the workers there and request them to atleast respect our work too. We too come tired after a long day for some drink or snack and if we are getting sugar less tea, I am not going to return here again.
