Tim Hortons

So disgusted right now. Ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich today and opened it up to see wilted and rotting lettuce. Very disappointing to think someone thought it would be acceptable to serve this. I went in and asked for the manager, the girls in the window who served the food turned and started laughing, manager said oh sorry about that and returned the money. Very casual like they gave me the wrong food not rotten food. Will be the last time I visit this location.

I always stop by this location to grab my coffee everyday. Yesterday was the worst experience I ever got. I ordered medium double double and egg and cheese on croissant with chipotle sauce and sub cheddar cheese. Look at the picture what I am getting. There is no egg and i never asked for this much chipotle. Come on guys. Moreover, on window I asked the cashier to add 50 pack timbits to the order. She rudely asked me to park the car and there was no car waiting after me. Upon asking she rudely replied,” We have timer going on park on the side” Is this the service you are training your employees for. When I moved forward I never saw any parking and I again came back to the window she came with attitude face and started screaming where are the timbits .

Always drop by this location and every time the experience gets worse. There were 2 girls talking to each other and ignoring the customers. They had brown music playing loudly and 2 out of the 3 things I ordered weren't available? I noticed they were extra talkative and friendly to these 2 guys sitting there. Hire individuals that actually do the job. Last time I checked this was a food establishment not a club.

I've been going to this location almost daily for about 1.5 years and there was a lack of consistency and the customer service was terrible. I would ask for tea and get coffee, I would ask for 1 sugar and i'd get none. I'd ask for half cream, I would get double cream and they would rush drive through customers by yelling "NEXT!! "NEXT!!". I get that it's a fast food place but no need to yell, I will drive away as soon as I put my cup down. For over a month now, the morning staff changed and they are sooooo friendly, efficient and accuracy has improved! This one staff member knows my order and gets it right every time, she even draws smiley faces on my drinks. She also noticed I went from 1.5 sugar to one and started giving me sugar on the side in case I need more. I mean who does that? This girl needs to be promoted. I finally asked the her name today, its Gursharn. Thanks morning staff for putting a smile on my face every morning. Keep up the good work.

If you cant be nice with your customera then dont expect us to be nice with you. I went with my cousins today, girls who were making the sandwiches were so rude, showing me tantrums and attitude just because i was waiting there for 10 minutes for a side of chipotle sauce and asked nicely 4-5 times but no response. I have been working in food court for almost 5 and half years never have i ever showed attitude but treated my customers with smile and with respect. It goes both ways. Thank you.

2 days ago Went there with my kids. My kids loved the timbits, so fresh. Also the girl there, she had no name tag pin but I ask for her name she said Reetu with a grt smile she's amazing. So hardworking. Never seen any tim Hortons employee so friendly and such quick service !! She made me try strawberry lemonade that was amazing. My new favorite. Thank you Reetu . See you soon .
