I had really great experiences here until the last 2 weeks (I usually only order food). However, they’ve managed to mess up my bagel and breakfast sandwich 2/2 times. Different bagel than ordered, no cream cheese, not cut in half, English muffin not toasted and wet?…weird. I guess I’ll be skipping Timmy’s for now.

They really don't care about giving quality service. They rarely cut my bagel in half. Today I received a bagel that tasted a day old and wasn't even toasted at all. And to top it off I had to pull into the parking lot to wait for it. While going through the drive through window the woman was literally shrieking into the microphone at the person behind me while simultaneously trying to talk to me (also yelling). When I called to complain I barely got an apology. They did offer to replace my food but I won't be going back there... I can't even imagine how much money they waste giving away free food to replace something they could easily make right the first time....

I frequent this location as it is accross from my office. My latest visit, I tried the passion fruit, lemonade tea. I has to ask if they had made me what I ordered Becuase for starters the picture shows it to be yellow in colour, mine was light peach colour. Second, the tast was something I can best describe as a watered down ice tea that had been left on the counter for 3 hours to the point where every sip is more water than tea. They assured me it was corect. My take away is, DO NOT ORDER THE PASSION FRUIT LEMONADE TEA, unless you want expensive water. 1/10 for service on this ln

Really really rude staff who don’t care how they treat the customers and then brush how they acted off by being sarcastically polite. I was sitting in the passenger seat while we got to the window, and watched my partner trying to activate his Apple Pay while two staff members where saying “here sir” “take your drink” “sir” “just take your drink sir”over and over. My partners response was “I can only do one thing at a time”. One staff member had their hand sticking out of the window holding the debit machine, and the other staff had their had sticking out the window with a drink, both harassing and rushing my partner. I had worked in fast food before and I understand there is a timer for drive through, but to rush customers like that is really rude.
