using the Tim Horton’s app to order ahead and skip the line up has saved me so much time ! Most of the locations have convenient seating and fresh coffee + food but this one in particular (120st) is the cleanest and has the nicest sense of ambience imo. Seats and tables are consistently being sanitized after use and the place generally looks sparkly and invigorating. Definitely a place where you can feel comfortable relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee! It’s never overly-loud which I can really appreciate during early mornings, staff are extremely quick and efficient, and I even see other customers bird watching through the large windows during early mornings :) it’s not the closest location to where i live but i honestly prefer commuting the extra 10 minutes just so I can stop by this place.

I would suggest Tim to consider professional candidates while selecting people for different positions. A girl Sharan don't know anything about customer services who is totally illeteratewho need to educate herself with the internal controls and other skills relating to customer services. Very bad experience with that girl who really need some good intellectual skills. never want to visit this location again.
