We tried the Newtown location and the pizza experts of my home suggested the bbq chicken pizza was not even close to bbq chicken pizza. Overall impression was ok, but a long way to go for them. May be it's a one time thing because of the employee that was running the shift. At least for the location we have tried.

Friday, March 26th, 2021. We came to order pizza here. It was hot sunny day. Richard ordered pizza. They made the pepperoni pizza. The meat on the pizza was rotten. I mean rotten EVEN cooked, you could smell it. Anyways Richard doesnt like wasting food. I barely ate a slice and I was sick all night and the next day. Ugh. I want others to know if they smell bad meat on their pizza, please do not eat it. Pick your cell and call them and let them know. ** update Vancouver manager offered me free pizza if I take down my review -.- Bribing never works. I haven't ordered or went there again.

I order online and just pick up normally from the portal. For some reason, the website/ mobile app was letting me complete the order. I had to spent 25 mins between various people to try help place an order. Finally, i had to call the store; the staff (couldnt get her name) was excellent. She took the order and i eventually ended up paying in the store.

1st time...no hot and ready. . . None ready ... like at all... 2nd time thought I'd be smart and order online and pick up so to avoid the no hot and ready... Yeah, got the email it was ordered. And no email to pick up. Waited so long that I ordered another pizza at a different business and picked it up and still no email to pick up the one ordered here. I dunno if franchise owner is just trying to lose money or what but this is ridiculous.

Fast and great customer service. I had called in to place my order for pick up and it was ready in 10 minutes. When I got to the store there was one employee sweeping and cleaning the area and was greeted right away by the other employee. You can always find great deals and coupons in the mail or online. They also now offer delivery which is great!

Ordered the Deep!Deep!Dish...Totally disappointed!!!! Paid $27 for a thick crust, mostly bread and small pieces of ham in gaps occupying just 2/3 of the topping.and a pizza sauce that is not tasty. Wouldn't want to give even a single star but I cannot submit this and share my experience..A big waste of Money
