We went through the drive-through so we cannot comment on the atmosphere.
The service wasn't the greatest because the person working at the drive-thru window could not understand our order which was giving the code number for a coupon.
We had to wait about 10 minutes in front of the restaurant for our order to be finished which was a first for us here! That's usually something that happens at McDonald's which is why we don't go to those restaurants anymore!
We will be back because the price of the food is really good! Love the coupons .

Taljeet and the team alway remember my orders even down to my choice of drink as I dont ever order pop. They always ask about their promo's especialy when its one they know I enjoy and remind when its on even when I dont see the signage.

The staff is really professional and friendly. The food is amazing. I was served by Taljeet and she was super friendly and professional.

This burger king is the best in all of Surrey, they placed number 1 in all of Canada for a reason, i hope they continue to remain number 1, they have best service, and i’m not sure why people complain about refills, anytime i ask for anything extra i get it without being charged, i have been their regular customer from day one and will always only come to this place, good job to all staff!!!!
