The Village Inn

I don’t think you’ll get more homemade than the Village Inn! Meat was lovely and soft (beef & pork) as well as ALL the veg being incredibly soft! (swede, cabbage, parsnips, carrots & peas). Beautiful location and gorgeous inside. Staff were very welcoming and the red wine isn’t too expensive ;). All-in-all, a wonderful experience. Worth every penny! (£11.95) - contactless also!

Went for the vegan night. A bold choice of food, meat eaters favourites but all vegan. Often avoided because of the ease of comparison making it easier to critique and to be fair, they did it well! Pricing was surprisingly cheap given the niche market and that it's in the Mumbles with mains around a tenner each. Will go again for sure.

This pub/restaurant warmly welcomed us yesterday a party of 4 adults, 4 children and 2 large dogs, the staff were brilliant, the Sunday lunch was better than I've had in some restaurants in fact it was really lovely plenty of beautifully prepared veg, good portions, everyone was tucking in heartily!! Would definitely recommend this pub, only one small criticism, we sat near the kitchen, and we froze?? Kids had to put their coats back on! But that's only a minor thing, a great experience otherwise
