Tgi Fridays - Swansea

It is lovely here but the prices are extremely expensive for what food is served, a bottle of peroni over £6 seriously how do places like this expect customers with a cost of living crisis to walk through the doors, also chicken and chips nearly £20 per portion. Apart from the price list which is an absolute joke the staff are lovely and could not do more for us, very lovely apart from the price!

Came to TGI Fridays Swansea, Friday night and it was busy. The staff were all attentive and friendly. Our server recommended us a couple of dishes which we decided to get. My boyfriend is veggie so he went with the meatless fajita and I had the double glazed burger. Can I just say wow. I am not a veggie myself and tried my partners fajita and it was delicious as well as the Fridays glazed burger. The service was brilliant, I consistently had refills when my glass was near empty. I will most definitely be back again !

Great family meal out with 2 kids under the age of 4. The waitress we had went above and beyond for our children ,which made the experience extra special for my wifes birthday. (Kudos for the free slice of bday cake). The food was great and the baloon animals were a nice extra touch. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, but a good selection of background music had the kids dancing and enjoying while food was being cooked. Will definitely be dining here again Thanks for a great experience

Absolutely amazing service 😄 our waiter (mark) absolutely made the day as we ordered our drinks he managed to get them before we even said the man’s the myth the legend he read our minds. Also food took longer than 5 minutes to make it so he took it apon himself to make 7 portions of sesame strips with fries no chilli flakes and 3 messy cheese burgers with no salad. Although we had to wait 15 mins for the food and drinks the amazing manager (katie) took of all our drinks and also gave us a 20% voucher for next time. I will now name by unborn child (I’m pregnant) “Friday”

Okay, so we didn’t go in for food. It was a quiet Thursday evening and me and my sister decided to take advantage of the 2-4-1 cocktail offer. I must say that they were awesome. Molly is the best server ever and the drinks kept coming without any delay. She joined in our chit chat while being very professional. She is a great asset to the establishment. The cocktail menu is great, bar staff made some cracking cocktails and Molly just made the experience all the more pleasurable. Thanks Molly!!

Food was good, American stuff so always a bit on the fatty side. The food took its time to be served but not too much to complain about. A starter and a main for £18 is decent enough so look out for that. Lovely looking place, it was a Monday night so the atmosphere was not what it is on a busy night. Daughter had some average fudge cake to leave with as it was her birthday but it's free so... would go again
