I have always received a lovely welcome in your store.
But going in today after a stressful morning i cant thank enough Tasha for her service. She gave the biggest smile and amazing service. If only other stores made customers feel thos welcome.
As a retail manager myself i always appreciate staff who go above and beyond.

Excellent, friendly service, and very clean toilets! Which was a first for a Costa we've been to. Thankyou for a good experience! It was much appreciated before our journey home.

Honestly just a spurr of the moment reveiw but the lady working at around 10 am on 16/11/21 was so nice and bubbly.i was having a really bad morning and thought my bus wasn't going to show up, it did and left while i got coffee lol. Her just talking and joking about how i must like caramel really made my day. I hope she sees this and knows that she made what would have been a really boring day a bit better. Other than that the place was lovely welcoming and clean, id definitely recommend.

Enjoyed my apple spiced tea. However, turned out to be not much healthier than a hot chocolate. Would have been happier to have it without sugar.
