Mmmmmm mmmmm mmmmm mmmmmm mmm lovin it food was hot fresh and tasty first time I've been McDonald's in Swansea and fair play food was really tasty n hot and great service delived to table In a few mins after ordering.they could teach newport McDonald's something as there meals are as cold as some or there staffs hearts

As far as McDonald’s go, this is on the slightly larger size, one entrance specially for the people who pick up orders. The counters are staffed by courteous young boys and girls. So, to cut a long story short, it’s a normal McDonald’s. Feel free to place your order using the screens that make the process of choosing and making payment smoother. You could either dine in or choose a take-away. However, when there’s a crowd, be careful that you receive your complete order. I received an incomplete order, which I had to have traced and the missing beverage was given with apologies.

Needed to do track and trace via barcode but no reader on phone and would not take with my camera. Agent had to provide iPad to record details. Allocated a table number at this point which was used for self service. Food bought hot to the table. My main issue was cleanliness of toilets. Weren't very clean. Only one person allowed in at a time, large queue. 3 toilets so could have blocked off middle one and thus allow two in.
