This was our go-to coffee place for our morning coffee and breakfast while visiting Swansea. Costa and it's food are the same everywhere but the staff was what made this Costa extra likeable. So friendly and helpful!

So popped in for a coffee and discovered that I had a birthday reward.
So a caramel chocolate brownie it was a a very tasty latte. Great service from the young barista with the pink hair.
Was made to feel welcome and wished a belated happy birthday during conversation.
The shop was busy but not noisy, muted with whispered conversations.
I sat and read my book but also noticed that the two staff on the floor were busy but attentive to the customers.
Staff were quick to clear and clean recently vacated tables.
Great welcome, fantastic customer service and great teamwork from the staff!
