Dark Horse Mumbles

Was my first time here, the food was amazing, i ordered the mac & cheese and the portions were massive, i also had the bueno hot chocolate and to my surprise it was very tasty and had unique flavours. Tegan was my server and she made me feel extremely welcome, the service was fast, would recommend if you fancy a calm meal, good prices too!

1st time visiting. 4 of us went for breakfast on Sunday. We arrived at 9.30 so we're the second table to sit. It was lovely inside,the atmosphere was relaxed . We all ordered coffees and a dark horse breakfast. The coffee and breakfast was spot on , big portions and strong coffee. The only gripe I have was the service but to be fair there was one girl and she was doing everything!! Taking orders,making drinks etc and serving the food. There must have been limited chefs also because the 2 things I wanted on the menu were unavailable . We were in there for an hour and half but again, the food was so good and the girl was lovely . I will defo be visiting again.

Lovely breakfast in a popular coffee shop in mumbles. It just keeps getting busier. The menu is varied with veg and vegan options. I had the beet and avo sour bread with sourdough & poached egg. My partner had the welsh breakfast which he said was lovely. If you like cockles and lava bread. Very friendly staff who were clearly rushed off their feet. It was mumbles market so perhaps busier than a usuall sat morning. Will return in a heart beat. Very nice.

Called on the off chance last Sunday for drinks. It was buy get one free on the cocktails. Which was excellent as you could mix six match. Tried 4 on the menu which we all delicious. We did enquire about ordering food when we looked at the menu but we were a little too early for service. Upon entering the bar was quiet but by the time we were leaving most tables were occupied. Would definitely visit again to sample the food but mostly for the cocktails. Lovely bar with great staff too. Only took two photos as too busy tasting the cocktails
