Sagra Restaurant

Oh my gosh, their pasta melts in the mouth! Their in-house chilli oil is also super on point!!! We ordered all four pastas on the menu and as a meat lover, I actually got so impressed by the pumpkin tortellini (best in Sydney we’ve encountered so far) and smoked eggplant cannelloni and preferred them better than the other two. Proper service!

Sagra really is as amazing as people say—if not more. For starters, the food is absolutely delectable. You can tell how skilled the chefs are, as well as how much love they put into each dish. I was truly impressed by how mouth-watering everything was, from the mains to the cocktails. The service is also impeccable, thanks to the friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive waitstaff. And finally, the ambiance is just right (at least for me). It’s refined but still warm, which is something quite rare to find when it comes to food of this high standard. All in all, Sagra is an absolutely beautiful dining experience. I can’t wait to come back! The team should be so proud of what a wonderful restaurant they’ve built.

I was recommended Sagra and arrived with my sisters and mum later on a Thursday night for a drink. We were warmly welcomed by Edward, the owner who was so modest and kind. It was lively but he made sure that we were constantly seen to and had everything and more that we wanted! The feeling of this restaurant is incredibly personable, yet sophisticated. It stays true to its Italian roots, changing with the seasons while maintaining a local and approachable feel. Will be coming back here every time I visit Sydney! Thank you.

Had an amazing experience in Sagra on valentines day. The staff were friendly and well acknowledged about food and drinks. Food was absolutely delicious. Especially, Ricotta gnocchi with prawns in bisque sauce was my favourite. Would definitely recommend this plcae to dine in for delicious Italian food.

Nice little authentic Italian restaurant. We really enjoyed our entrees kingfish crudo and potato croquettes and the chocolate mousse dessert but the fregola main with calamari was too salty and I couldn’t finish it. Service is attentive but not overly as usually I would expect the waiter to ask how was your evening when paying bill. Overall lovely restaurant and very relaxing atmosphere.
