Friendly attentive service, good burgers. The baby ribs had a nice sauce but the meat was too soft for my likings. I wish they would just directly put the fresh ribs on the grill without slow cooking it first . Freshly grilled ribs are usually more juicier with a fresher taste and succulent texture than grilling slow baked ribs. The hot fudge dessert was massive and delicious. Good selection of cocktails and beers.

Had dinner here on Saturday night. Cauliflower wings were tasty, came with blue cheese, BBQ, carrots and celery. Both got the quinoa burger with a choice of mushroom or bbq pineapple topping! I chose mushroom, the cheese on the burger was really good. Unfortunately the chips were horrible; bland, over cooked and dry. Bahama mama cocktail was delicious, I also got a blue Hawaiian but forget to take a photo of it. Our waitress Dee was lovely.

It was really a long wait to get the item ordered , even the drinks. No water upon arrival, that was the saddest part for me. Overall, food was good and the view was worth it as we weren't much into the Live Music. But, if you're looking for a quiet place to hangout with a family, you might want to choose a Better option that might be more suitable.

Pretty disappointed with my last dining experience at Hard Rock Cafe Sydney. Staff seated us quickly, even though we didn’t have a reservation so appreciated that. It took over 10 minutes for water to come out to our table, and over 20 minutes for our drinks, which then came out separately. Food came out around 35 minutes after we ordered. Three of our party ordered the ribs, and they came out mostly cold with just some sauce chucked on top. It’s like the ribs had been in the fridge and were microwaved when we ordered - they were mostly cold but had a few warm bits. The only thing hot on the plate were the chips. It was very disappointing paying so much for our mains and eating cold meat! Most of the staff were friendly, but our waitress turned mean towards the end when we complained about our meals. I didn’t get her name. Menu has been reduced greatly from the last time I dined here, staff are blaming covid. I won’t be dining here again and will choose another restaurant in Darling Harbour.

Extremely disappointed and very angry!! I used to go to the Hard Rock Cafe in Darling Harbour all the time but unfortunately I'll never be going back there again. I was a regular customer and always went there on my days off to relax and de-stress and to get one of the most popular items on the menu but when I went there today I was told that they had discontinued it even though the server told me it was one of the most popular items. So because of that and after years of loyal service and being the number one restaurant in Darling Harbour I would recommend to friends and family I will no longer be going there especially having travelled all the way from the Central Coast.
