Customs House Bar - Gastropub

This customs House Bar is connected to Hotel Marriott. Cozy, variant bar environment, and decent tap beers, cocktails, and wines could make patrons’ evening much happier and heightened. Some tap beers I tried - Pale Ale - were pretty fresh, well chilled, and balanced to chill out. Wines and sparking wines were pretty good and soothe a busy day. Unfortunately I was unable to taste a cocktail - Mojito - as basils were run out of 🤣.. but want to come back to try some cocktails for my review. For a hungry stomach making noisy after some binge drinks, a double cheese burger was a right dish. Also combination with a bucket of onion rings(it seems to be factory made and just fried) and oven grilled Nacho with cheese, beef mince, Guacamole, and Sour Cream, was the best choice. Already missed to go back… Definitely recommended!

Not good enough for the price and location. I don’t even know what kind of flavour they were going for. Mostly tasted burnt with a combination of flavours that seem to reflect the budget of ingredients they’re working with, rather than an actual well-thought out, original, mouthwatering burger. Chips also overwhelmingly average in my opinion.

Rather surprised by the reviews tbh... Was open, plenty of seating inside during peak, staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were recommended what to have and were not disappointed! Menu didn't match what was posted online but heck! Fish tacos were amazing and the beer selection decent too.
