What more can you bring to the established markets of ice-cream/gelato? A halo apparently!! This little shop began with their signature see salt ice-cream to go with unconventional toppings like popping candy, burnt marshmallow on a chocolate stick, and the craziest of them all, a halo of fairy floss. The result is a mesmerizing dessert that is photo-worthy and for that, they have prepared a sky blue wall for you to capture that magic moment.
So far I have tried both the sea salt and Vietnamese coffee soft serve, both of which were absolutely delicious. Check out their website for upcoming flavours.

One of the tastiest ice creams in Sydney and are works of art! The flavours change fortnightly and are so original: red velvet and blueberry with sea salt on a dark chocolate waffle cone - delicious! Will come here again!

Their sea salt flavor is amazing although in the beginning I thought it would taste weird. Goes really good with the earl grey milk tea flavor. And Lychee flavor is good too. Many different topping to try from. Like the idea wherein they change the menu quite often.

A staple joint for after dinner dessert place. Cheap and delicious. The sea salt is the bomb. They also have flavours rotation every two weeks. Make sure you check them often and try different flavours. My favourite so far was the tofu flavour!

I love coming to aqua s to try the new flavours! So far my favourite has been the English breakfast tea, but I also like the matcha green tea. The sea salt flavour was too salty, even with the sweet cotton candy it was still overwhelming. Love adding toppings to the ice cream for cute photo opportunities :)

I don't think I'll ever grow out of ice cream and it's good to see that there are some unique ice cream stores in Sydney CBD. It saves my precious energy from chasing after the ice cream vans. Aqua S offers unique flavours, and it's worth a visit, especially now when we're going to have some intense heat waves!

4 Words: Sea Salt Soft Serve.
You can't get this anywhere else in Sydney and the flavour is interesting! Combing savoury and sweet notes, you can't get sick of this flavour even if you kept eating it. They also change their other flavours on a fortnightly basis so there's always something new!

Rich soft serve icecream. The sea salt flavor is good. I will still gives it a 4 star because of the cotton candy.
Do not get the cotton candy with soft serve ice cream as it will melt and the cotton candy falls really easily.
