Located down a narrow alleyway. Very easy to miss. No dedicated parking available but there few parking lots around the area which are 5-7 minutes walk. No seating available, it is takeaway only. The desserts are very good but too pricey for the quantity.

Love their French pastries. Definitely one of the things I missed the most when I work from home instead of in the city. Before they open, there's already a queue lining outside. Must try their Paris Brest ❤️ Favourite!!

A small bakery in one of the laneways on George st. It was quite an experience just looking through their big glass doors and seeing the chefs making the sweets fresh in front of our eyes. I ordered the cream choux with caramel and a chocolate tart. I really liked the choux as it wasn’t sweet at all and the crunchy caramel slice made it extra special. They also have tarts and croissants and cakes in store so will be back to try it next time. A lovely experience!

A little difficult to find the store. In my opinion it is overpriced. The cheesecake did not meet my expectations; Henri Charpentier is better. I visited the store the day before in the afternoon and all cakes sold out. So I thought must be good. But nope, not going back there.

So I heard that this was the best cheesecake in Sydney so I went there to try the New York cheesecake. It is $10 dollar for a small slice. Must say that the taste is not bad but it is overpriced for sure. All the desserts there are overpriced.

I ordered: 2 Sausage rolls 2 Meat pies 2 Slices of Cheesecake The food was shared amongst a small group of people. The service was good, and it was nice to be able to see the staff baking. The prices were a little high, but I would expect that from a Patisserie in this location and especially one that advertises high end food. The food was hit and miss. The two sausage rolls were pretty terrible, there was way too much fennel and the meat was gristly. One was half eaten and then tossed in the bin, no one wanted to try the other one. The meat pies were excellent - i'd recommend these, in fact this would be a one star review without the meat pies. The cheesecake, one of my favourites was a mixed bag or very bad and very good. The base was good, but too thin, the top was a fantastic consistency, but part of one slice was still runny (undercooked?). Also the flavour was confusingly bad. Both myself and other person who had a slice couldn't decide if it tasted good or not, however it was telling that neither slice was finished and about half of each got thrown in the bin. I'd come back for the meat pies, but nothing else we had today

We went to get a taste of "Sydney's best cheesecake" and were quite disappointed with the result. The taste was good, but we had to wait in line for an hour to order and the product did not live up to the expectations. By the time we could order, they didn't have many of the cakes from the menu and we were very surprised by the amount of cake you get in comparison to the price. Good cake overall, but not worth the wait or what they ask for it and most certainly not the best cheesecake in Sydney.

When you push the door and walk into this little bakery tucked away from main street, you're immediately immersed into centre of a bakers' office experience where the magic happens. You can smell, feel, and see the entire kitchen and experience the buzzing feeling being a baker. I like the design of how they just have one small corner for cashier and the rest of the shop is work area. This really puts you into the perspective of appreciating every creation the bakers make. Now the pastries, divine! The chocolate crossaint is so crispy it melts if that even makes sense (have to try to believe that makes sense). The chocolate was light enough it didn't steal the flavour of the pastry. Will have to try their infamous brownies one day (before they sell out). Just Look at the line during lunch
