Vacanza In The Hills

Great food & service. However the restaurant is really let down by the max 90 min booking time. This is clearly advertised when booking so we were fully aware. It just isn’t great when your group of 8 is rushed out of the restaurant after spending nearly $400. I would recommend booking elsewhere if you want to have a few courses and enjoy your wine in a more reasonable 120 minute booking time.

This has recently become my favourite Italian restaurant of all time! Phenomenal food, absolutely lovely staff with the greatest personalities! Everyone there makes you feel so special and so taken care of! The service is absolutely impeccable and the wait times are so little despite how busy they always are! 1000/10!!

Pre COVID, Vacanza was one of the best pizzerias in the area. Unfortunately, now they only give you a 75 minute booking time and overbook the tables. They then proceed harass you until you leave. Entree sizes were very poor and quality was really disappointing. Really sad to see what this restaurant has become.

Vacanza Pizzeria in Surry Hills, to me, is perhaps, one of the best Pizza Restaurants in Sydney. Vacanza's pizzas are all freshly baked with the top notch ingredients, simple but so yummy. Their spicy olive oil is second to none. Every time we are craving pizzas, we would drive 25kms to Vacanza and nowhere else. Both thumbs up.
