Hi guys, just want to share about leasing in this building I've bad experience with Jugan from FRIENDLY PROPERTIES PTY ltd. So, I cannot take back the deposit money from him. I told him that's all right to keep the money but I let him know why I canceled the lease it was because a lot of things so he provide the lease for 6 months/12 month and I want to lease for 6 months and then they need my deposit money and I send it to him after 1 week when we let him know the date we want to move he said so you guys will stay for 6 months. but I already told him at the first that I want to lease for 12 a month. and he said no problem and he denied with some unreasonable reasons. To be honest it's the first bad experience with the agency. And also everytime i asks him something he always says “i don't know” even when you try to ask him, he always cut the conversation like he don't want to hear our question. Best Regards, Vincent
