Chatime

Worst service ever. It took 20 minutes for my drink order to be started on... and I was the only customer around. This incident happened on friday 18th about 7:50pm, she started using her phone instead of making the drinks. I don’t understand why she couldn’t use it after, never had a bad experience here before until this reopening, must be new staff. Very unprofessional

Great place, usually staff are very serious some are friendly. But as I write this i was waiting since 9am the worker is 25mins late and I see her walking towards the shop. She doesn't seem to care or even think about opening the shop. Waiting another 5 mins for her to open the shop. No sign of any activity. Somebody update the opening hours please.

Out of all the boba stores that have now crowded this part of the city (specifically this block of George street) this is my only go to! Tried a range of their teas and they're always on point with the taste. Staff are friendly, courteous and work hard to get orders out in a timely manner. Great work guys as always!!

So I decided to go get one of those fancy cheesecakes all the kids are talking about from that Dr Testu fellow and dayum that thing was like eating a creamy cloud of love, the softness and succulence could only be compared to what I imagine to be the bust of @emrata... anyways I was walking back to my dwelling and I spotted the Chatime by the cinemas and decided to give it a shot also.. holy balls those things are tasty af. So many textures and flavors in one beverage. Staff and that were all g but seriously the perfect drink to accompany that cheesecake for sure !! Do it and get them pearl ball thingys.. be a man !
