Used to be good but the portion has gone down substantially! That's just poor business practice

Friendly staff, helps with vegan options. My favourite is loaded fries with no sour cream and no cheese. You can ask for double portion of avocado veggie mix. Beautiful garden next to it. So convenient for busy people to take a rest in the middle of working day. Recommend!

I get covid restrictions and all, but when you have 4 tables offered and 1 table has about 6 staff sitting there with seats taken from another table, leaving 2 tables for patrons, guys, not very thoughtful.
Requested a quesadilla as per the menu board at the front of the store. Advised they don't have at this store but do at their others. Doesn't help when its listed on your menu board. Got a burrito instead. Food was lukewarm. Definitely looking for other options next time.

This is the best GYG in Sydney. I've been to most of them and this is the best by far. I order here pretty much everyday and it is ALWAYS amazing quality. Super friendly and awesome staff too.

The lines to this place speak for themselves, but unfortunately they also mean it take long enough for your colleagues to finish eating before you get your food.

Always love a good Guzman feed.
I have nothing bad to say about this place, the food was delicious and served rather quickly.
Only complaint is that our food was put in a bag instead of brought to our table like I have experienced with other gyg restaurants

Today I ordered the mini wrap and hot chips. The chips were cold and the mini wrap was mainly rice and beans. This wrap had hardly any colour, salad. I was utterly dissatisfied. I told the staff and then the manager was meant to see me to discuss but they couldn’t be bothered attending to me so I left. Very very dissatisfied!
