The Dolphin Hotel

This place is huge! Heaps of levels, areas and rooms to sit with different vibes. I assume many of them can be booked out as well, so would be perfect for gatherings & events. The location is great too. The decor is fun and really quite unique. Staff are friendly and all around a pretty good crowd. It can get quite busy at peak times and special occasions.

I love the Dolphin, went for a big ANZAC day here 2 years in a row and it has a great atmosphere even when nothing is on. The pizza here are delicious and they have an extensive wine list to choose from. The RSL sandwich for ANZAC day was unreal. Both upstairs and downstairs offer so much both with bars and toilets and all different seating areas. Glad I live close to The Dolphin

Went in on Saturday night and it was hard to find a table. I asked a guy to help us out as we were a larger party and he said that there was nothing available, then the tall older staff member took it upon himself to search the pub for myself and my friends and all with a smile! We could see it was packed and were grateful that he was able to make the night a successful memorable one! The cocktails and food were great can’t wait to come back.

I like the circle tables and the seats. The watermelon margaritas were very good but they are very small and I spent over $60 on just three so now I am sad. The food was also very good. But the bread was too spicy. Also they rushed us off the table after 2 hours even though the restaurant was basically empty which felt rather uncomfy. I’ll still be back. One of the bartenders was pretty. Also a reason to go back. PS you should get the calamari. That’s all

I wish I could give this place less than one star just because of their awful and poorly trained staff. Last Saturday night three of us visited this place for dinner and drinks and were received by the most rude, bitter and unpleasant hostess. After finding a table on their first floor bar, I noticed it was dirty and sticky but noticed no one was going to come around to clean it so I nicely approached their young female bartender and asked for a cloth to clean it myself. She responded by rolling her eyes at me, went and grabbed a cloth and literally THREW it at me, she threw it and it landed at the bar in front of me, she said "there". Not only she could not offer to do her job and clean the table but threw the cloth at me. I was shocked! My partner quickly went over to tell her how disgraceful her behaviour was and to come and clean the table. when she came around to do so she "apologized" with the most horrible attitude. Never in my life I will return to this place and will advise everyone I know to not go either. The bathroom was also overflowing with dirty toilet paper and was discussing. AVOID!
