The Hyde Restaurant

The service and atmosphere are commendable at The Hyde Restaurant. We ordered the pork belly entree, lamb and pistachio and fish bouillon for mains, followed by the fondant for dessert. Would certainly order the pork belly, lamb and chocolate fondant again, however the fish bouillon was a bit too salty, over powering the broth. Over all, would come again and will recommend to friends.

Friendly staff, good food. My partner and I dined there about half a dozen times so far. Lately, it's not clear whether it's still open for dinner or not? Pity there weren't many people on the Saturday night we went to awhile ago. The place could really use a major facelift and maybe a more aggressive online marketing campaign. Wondering whether some customers still find it hard to differentiate "Hyde" from the last restaurant "Ceru"? Although I do like the menu as it is, some reasonably priced healthy breakfast / lunch options for the health freaks working out next door in the gym could be considered?
