This cafe is sooooo good that i literally went here 3 times in my 4 days of stay in sydney! The vibe here is next level.. the customer service is beyond the expectations. Also i must say that this store is a bit quite than other shops though its located inside a mall within CBD area The art of coffee is amazing.. also they give you a biscuit on the side which tastes very good. Not to forget their carrot cake was the best of all

3.4 - The lady taking my order was really lovely, friendly, smiley and happy to change what I ordered. But my Soy flat white smelt burnt and the Lemon/Lime cheesecake tasted very sweet and processed. The cafe was also very very noisy as the people were trying to talk and hear each above the loud music. Go there if you want a lively atmosphere! Lots of laughing people, which is a good sign. I just wanted some quiet.

Average at best The Good... Nice fitout location and seating. They use Toby estate coffee which is the best. The Bad. Service was indifferent. Drip the coffee, clean, walking quick... Overall they ate there to get the job done not be friendly. Coffee came cold, hit chocolate after 15min they forgot order and mage it.. Pastry was nice. By no means a destination but rather if you are here home there..

Cool cafe to chill out Tables are not cleaned properly and you may get oil marks on your sleeve if you put your hand on the table. Good coffee They messed up the order for us and had to go back and forth a few times to get it right. Interior is nice and staff are friendly but there may be a problem around none english speaking staff.

"very bad customer service and value for product'. my girlfriend and i went there last night. there was a guy who asked for my order and did not even put it on the computer and when his workmate took over and asked him, he did not communicate to her so i had to repeat what i ordered. he started making 2 small cups. we ordered Regular and Small to have-in but in take-away cups. me and my girlfriend like to walk after we had a bit of our coffee. we were charged $10. small is $3.95, regular $4.50 and large is $4.95. when my gf noticed the guy was making 2 small coffees, i told the guy and asked 1 regular and 1 small, he did not even look at me and said "ok'. then, we were given 2 small cups, i asked and the guy said they don't do regular take away cups to have here. however we already paid. what i paid for my regular was $5 with soy but got it in a "small takeaway cup'. My gf ordered what she wanted but paid more "small takeaway cup' for $5 as well. We were so confused because this was not explained to us. My gf and i talked about its logic but we realised the serving for small take away cup is the regular serving of have-in coffee. the guy did not explain this. they did not have to wash the cups. they saved on coffee bean because they used one scoop for 2 small cups. while i paid a regular price for a smaller coffee and my gf paid more for her order which was a small coffee. "very bad customer service and value for product'. coffee was normal quality but service was bad hence it poorly affected the value of product and service. we have not experienced bad service like this in Sydney. i would not go back to this shop again.
