Very Rude Staff Member. My partner and I were crossing this place on Monday Morning at 7:30 a.m. after walking from station and thought of stopping at this place for a quick break. My partner had a starbucks cup and a backpack and sat on the outside table. I went in to get coffee and meanwhile the staff member (guy) yelled at my partner to get off the table and walk away. He went out of his way to shoo her away with the hand signal and when she said that her partner is in the queue getting a coffee, this guy did not stop. You would expect a normal person to treat the customers the way they themselves would like to be treated. I will be lodging a complaint against this guy soon. Upon looking at the facebook reviews, it looks like a regular occurrence and the person should be held accountable for this behavior.

I go there once a week after my meetings. The customer service is nice and some of the staffs are friendly while others need a good training on how to treat and welcome customers.
Sometimes I order take away, the girl never asked if I need a bag or a tray for hot drinks. I always grab one by myself. Apart from that everything is good👍

Asked for a takeaway cup of hot water for my lunch I had packed and they charged me $1 even this every other time I have asked I’ve gotten it for free. Very rude as well

Nice open air atmosphere. Fresh food and pleasant service. Good inner city location. We sat down to eat, takeaway coffee queue seemed a little long, but not a regular customer to definitively say. I would certainly recommend it.

Had poke bowl and burger . Amazing taste specially the poke bowl loved it 👌🏻
The guy at the front is just cool with friendly service and looks after the customers with a smile. awsm will come back again.

Coffee was small size only, and the raisin toasts came out 10 minutes later and were burnt - I dunno how it's possible to serve burnt toast, especially when the place is basically empty! Service was a bit hit & miss too.
