Customer service is really good! The food is delicious and coffee taste great! Being a member is awesome because you get a free coffee after you have accumulated enough points. A very large variety of food and coffee. 😄😊

Absolutely average coffee. Cappuccino was served without chocolate powder. I think I can make better coffee at home than here. There was big fly in the shop. And no one bothered to do anything about it.

We had a cup of coffee here and after we sat down in two easy chairs for 2 minutes we're asked, by somebody with a very bad english accent and without any politeness to move to another table because they wanted to start clean the place. after that we we're asked to leave because they we're closing. This is the worst coffee joint we have been in times.

If this is the Gloria Jeans on the corner of Pitt and Park Streets, I'll never set foot in there again.
I've never come across such rudeness in my life. I'm wanted a small cup of coffee to have in the shop when staff asked if I wanted a mug. I said I wanted a regular cup ☕️. I gathered by the vacant look on her face that cups weren't available and I was happy to take whatever she was offering until she spoke in her own language to her colleague while leering at me. I told her if there was a problem with me that she should tell me so I can understand. Very disgusted.

I have been going there on and off for about a year now. The cafe has a lovely vibe to it, the coffee is amazing. I have to mention a barista named Simona who in my opinion is the best barista there. I recommend you ask her to make your coffee. Cheers!

Ordered extra hot and received almost room temperature milk, customer service are low in all of 3 staffs in afternoon shift 26/04/17. Next time will walk to Market city for better one.

Good quality coffee. They have free WiFi and many plugs. The music is ideal. It's a perfect place to have breakfast while you work on your computer.

Gloria Jean's here in Pitt St is my go to for the best cuppa! Whether it's a short black or a lovely latte, the staff here & quick, witty, occasionally cheeky but make an otherwise boring day in the office s delight to escape from!
