Banh Mi K

The classic pork roll was nice and so was the sugar cane juice, but the lemongrass chicken rice paper rolls were a whole other story. The rice paper was tough and chewy from sitting on the counter all...morning? We went there at 11:30am. The chicken wasn't particularly tasty...it just tasted like regular ol' chicken...no lemongrass involved. If I go back in the future, I'll be sure to stick with the bread roll options.

They serve a decent pork roll (Banh Mi) with the standard crunchy texture and asian flavours you probably expect. The price is quite competitive at $4.95 for the roll and they give you a choice between white bread, multigrain or wholemeal bread for the roll and extra fresh chilli. If you're in the area and looking for your pork roll fix then this place is perfect.

Food was good.. But the servers are NOT CLEAN!!! When i went there this girl was cleaning with the gloves on. When she served me and i gave her money she was still wearing the gloves. Went to the back to toast the bread. Went back and touched the trash bin with the gloves on. And TOUCHED MY BREAD WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON SINCE I CAME in. These girls are not properly trained in OH&S or at least being clean to the food they're serving. Actually changing gloves to make food is just a common sense really.

Bought coffee here today. No eftpos facility so I left, got money out and returned. I tried to place an order but the music was so loud that the servers had to ask twice. I got lost dancing to the store music and didn't notice that my coffee had been prepared. The server either refused to or was unable to hear me ask "sorry, is that mine?". I'm not just softly spoken, the server spoke as quietly as I did. Coffee good. Service bad.
