When you’re after some healthy and on the run, sumo salad offers you some ready made salad options in three differed sized packs. I ordered the medium with a choice of three salads, my salads were average, there wasn’t a huge amount of flavour, it tasted mostly of leaves and some protein. I would have preferred a bit more distinction between some of the choices (I had the chicken kale slaw and chicken pesto salad, both of which just tasted the same).

Our custom made salads here were really nice tasting and fresh but very stingy with extra salad ingredients - the bowl consisted of mostly lettuce.

The salads are quite nice and there are quite a few types to choose from.I quite like freshly made salad bowls too. I tried the Commando Nourish Falafel bowl which was quite different and interesting. The place is clean and the staff is really nice and helpful.

Slow service. A practically raw egg sent out. Staff definitely not confident. Same bowl comes out, by now dirty and with the rest of the food cold. They did give me a free coffee by way of apology.

Sumo is a chain, as I’m sure you’re well aware. The salads and wraps always hit the spot. They taste great and you get what you pay for. What stands out for me though is the amazing service of the staff. I don’t normally write reviews, but the level of friendliness and willingness to change things up for the customer, even during the lunchtime rush, really impressed me the most. Would highly recommend going here to improve your health but also brighten up your day with a positive interaction with the lovely staff!

An amazing, absolutely breath-taking salad I have ever had. This salad that I had was perfectly orchestrated with dressing you can taste in every nook and cranny. Perfectly cooked chicken with delicious vegetables. I am not only going to recommend it but also become a patron of this beautiful joint. Kudos!

I wanted to specially highlight the customer service by an employee called Luke. I have a restricted diet this week that makes it very hard to buy lunch out. He was super helpful and patient and went out of his way to make sure all the food was in line with my needs. Great work! The salad wasn’t as great.. I found random pieces of ingredients like one piece of corn and cheese and other stuff I didn’t want there..
